True transformation comes from within, not from external beliefs or ideologies.
Nothing is outside of you, and that's why we can't evolve anymore through beliefs, concepts, ideologies, roles, and so-called knowledge. For us to experience the unlimited and the Divine, one must be in an unlimited and divine state of being. The powers of manifestation that we all have will start to be unlocked in a way that the finite mind can't comprehend when we work with separateness to Oneness, as the book lays out. That's why we must go within, do the work, and have the tangible experience. Once you have the experience of the self, the outer world changes in direct correlation to what aspect of the self you have come in tangible contact with. That's how we can actually commune and know God specifically and directly.
How's it going, everybody? Welcome back to the RJ Spina channel. In this one, we're going to be going through chapter two of Accessing Superconsciousness, RJ's new book that was recently released. I'm joined by RJ. RJ, how's it going, man?
I hope you're well, Justin. It's going well. I'm looking forward to speaking with you, buddy. Talk about the suspense build-up on that one; we're all very excited. If you guys haven't gotten Accessing Superconsciousness already, we'll have it linked up in the comment section and the description. I personally love both the physical version of the book as well as the audible version. RJ, being able to hear the book in your voice, I listen to it all the time in the car. Do you want to speak to some of the feedback that you've been getting on it first and foremost?
Yeah, I never really even thought about this, Justin. It was through Change Your Mind because I did not narrate Supercharge, as you know, even though I'm narrating it now on YouTube. The feedback I got just on Change Your Mind in terms of listening to it and reading because I narrated it, the effect everyone said was just infinitely more powerful. The takeaway was so much more listening to it in my voice and reading. I think that's been your experience as well, and a lot of the reviews on Amazon and just the feedback I get from students is that listening to it in my voice and reading it just goes right through. The impact is far greater, so it seems like universal feedback. I think that's the same thing that's happening for you as well.
Absolutely, and I think the beautiful piece is like, RJ, you talked a little bit about mastering one of these would be much better than trying to dabble in any of them. I've listened to chapter one and chapter two in preparation for this interview about six or seven times, so I feel like I really soak it in at this point. I'm able to pull out some really great questions for the audience. That's one of the beautiful pieces. Do you want to speak a little bit to that, RJ, about if you're able to even master one of the things in this book?
Yeah, these are, as you know, tenets of self-mastery and eternal truths. These are from my direct experience; these are the Supreme teachings. Being able to embody even just one of these 24 teachings is literally life-changing. It's going to take you from the human character to not just your true self but to your higher self and the higher mind of your higher self. It's going to move us through this dualistic experience that we have of good, bad, right, wrong, positive, and negative. The teachings, as you know, are set up to actually explore from one end to the other and then through the teaching itself and the meditation to move right through this experience of Duality. Even just one of the 24 is completely and utterly life-changing.
Absolutely. Another thing that I really love about this book, RJ, is the fact that it's the study guide; it's the work that needs to be done. I think too many times we watch all these videos on the internet, we get stuck in this cycle of watching YouTube videos, more information, more information, and we're not actually taking action on anything. That's one of my favorite parts: all of the things in this book with regards to the teachings, the meditations, everything is all implementable, and it immediately makes your life better, right?
Yeah, this is the difference. Absolutely right, Justin. This is the difference between being a consumer and being a Creator. A lot of us have shifted from consuming, let's say, media—maybe even mainstream media—and then maybe switched to alternative media, but there's still an element of consuming information rather than having a tangible experience of more of the self. That's why these books, all the books, are prescriptive.
Stop consuming and start creating—information alone won't change your life, but embodying teachings will.
Many people find themselves stuck in a cycle of watching YouTube videos, constantly seeking more information without actually taking action. One of my favorite aspects of this book is that all the teachings and meditations are implementable, and they immediately make your life better. This highlights the difference between being a consumer and being a creator. Many have shifted from consuming mainstream media to alternative media, but they are still consuming information rather than having a tangible experience of the self.
The key is to embody teachings and more of the self, which is the true evolution. Simply taking in information doesn't change anything; what changes things is embodying more of the self. That's the purpose of the teachings in this book, which includes 24 teachings with 24 meditations designed to create a tangible change in someone's life. For anyone drawn to RJ's work, everything you need is within that book. Otherwise, you'll remain a consumer instead of becoming a creator.
Before diving into specific questions from chapter 2, RJ has a huge event coming up. He is hosting a Meditation Mastery Workshop in Arkansas, which will be a three-day event focused on deep, profound meditation. This workshop will include higher consciousness meditations, healing meditations, group meditations, and some very specific meditations that are not available anywhere else. These meditations have completely changed RJ's life, and he believes the experience will be life-changing for the participants as well.
The Dallas event was a profound experience for many, including myself. I had never been as deep into meditation as I was at that event. Being in person is different; it amplifies the energy of the group, harnessing the power of everyone's mind in one direction. The space is held at a very high frequency by RJ, who has mastered these meditations. This guided and masterful approach, combined with the amplification of energy, creates an experience that cannot be duplicated at home.
At the last workshop, even with just five minutes left, everyone wanted to do the meditation one more time. This shows how impactful and transformative these in-person sessions can be.
Experiencing energy together in person is life-changing and can't be replicated alone.
While conjoining our energies and all going in the same direction, as you experienced and everyone else, this can't be duplicated at home by yourself. It just can't. It is a night and day difference when we do this in person, when we're guided and taught properly, when the space is being held, and there's the amplification of energy. I seriously can't wait to do this because it was the last workshop that we did, which you're talking about, that was one of the more profound experiences I've had in working with people. When we were doing those meditations, if you remember, there were five minutes left of our three-day workshop, and everyone was like, "RJ, we got to do that meditation one more time, please. We know there's only five minutes left, but we got to do it." It really is that impactful. I hope everyone really listens to what we're talking about. It's something that you'll never experience again, and the only way to get this kind of experience is to be there in person.
That was after three days of RJ going through everything that we talked about. It's not like these people just got there and said, "Let's do it again." The event was over; we had spent three days together, and it was beautiful. Everyone was so in sync; it was absolutely incredible. It was like the closest thing I felt to Bliss ever. It was just incredible. So anyway, if you guys are interested, be sure to check it out in the comment section or the description. There are limited seats on the VIP. We didn't even speak much about the VIP, but there's a whole VIP where you get actually closer to RJ in an extra session. So you guys definitely check that out.
RJ, with that being said, let's go ahead and jump into the question. Chapter two was all about separateness to Oneness. First question for you: why is it important that we lead our lives in Oneness, and why is it that we come here to experience separateness as well?
Okay, so why do we come here to experience separateness? I'll answer that part first. SpaceTime creates the concept and therefore the experience of separation through space. Through this separation, we form this understanding of relationships or the experience of a relationship, which means the subject-object paradigm. This is really only in the lower frequencies of the physical universe where we can have that experience. It doesn't really exist where we originate from. The higher self is outside of space-time; Oneness is tangible, and there is no such thing as separation. It doesn't exist. So why do we do this? Because it's an incredible experience. That's why we do it. What we can learn and evolve through having an experience of separateness is immeasurable; it's incalculable. That's actually why we have the experience. We are a projection of our higher self. Where our higher self is, it has no frame of reference for what separateness is, so it wants to experience that and projects a piece of itself, you or me, into these lower frequencies of the physical universe. SpaceTime creates the idea of separateness, and through space, that's how we get a relationship, subject-object, and have this experience.
What was the first part of the question, Justin? Why is it important that we actually return to Oneness? How does it benefit our lives?
Well, in too many ways to actually cover, but what I would say is that each one of us is an individualized unit of the totality of all things. Everything is one thing, so everything is actually designed for us to come together. For us to come together, that's the challenge. That's how we evolve and grow—by having the experience of separateness so we can actually work with ourselves optimally to then bring ourselves back to what is, which is the Oneness of things. Also, in terms of our life, the Oneness helps us start to understand that whatever we desire is given. The one self—me, you, and everyone else—each one's self contains everything. There is no separateness. When we start to understand that the desire and the fulfillment of the desire are actually within us, that Oneness, this is when we'll be able to create the life that we know we're truly capable of. Not just with our personal relationships, our business, our friends, and the way we go about our daily life. When we realize the Oneness, that we're all an individualized, temporarily individualized unit of Oneness, no one is missing or lacking anything.
Your desires and their fulfillment are already within you—embrace the Oneness and unlock your true potential.
To bring ourselves back to what is, which is the Oneness of things, we must start to understand that whatever we desire is given. The one self—me, you, and everyone else—contains everything; there is no separateness. When we start to understand that the desire and the fulfillment of the desire are actually within us, that Oneness, this is when we'll be able to create the life that we know we are truly capable of. This realization impacts not just our personal relationships, business, and friends, but also the way we go about our daily life.
When we realize the Oneness, we understand that we are all temporarily individualized units of Oneness. No one is missing or lacking anything, and all of your desires and their fulfillment are within you. The only way to have that tangible experience is to move from the separateness, where everything seems outside of you, to the realization of the Oneness of yourself and everyone else. They are whole just as you are whole. Mastering the transition from separateness to Oneness unlocks the powers of manifestation in a way that the finite mind can't comprehend.
When we work with separateness to Oneness, as the book lays out, it becomes easier to be detached from outcomes. Knowing that the outcome is already within us, like a seed in a seedling, makes detachment much easier. If we focus on an outcome that we think is outside of ourselves, it is a surefire way to not have that manifestation come to fruition because that is a faulty paradigm. What we are doing is accessing more of the self—the whole, complete, total, perfect fractal of God that we are. When we realize that self-healing, self-mastery, and the fulfillment of every desire are within us, we stop looking for anything outside of ourselves.
Through this transition from separateness to Oneness, we access more of our self and bring that out into the physical world. This is how healing, self-mastery, and manifestation work. There is more to it, but the foundational understanding is that it is already within you. By cleaving away everything that is in the way—your false character, your ego mind identity—we start to realize more and more of the self. This realization is the fulfillment of our every desire. The ego mind sees everything as compartmentalized, fragmented, and separate, operating on a subject-object paradigm. These teachings force you to go beyond the human character to the self, which gives birth to the human character.
When we realize the Oneness within us all, we start to realize that the fulfillment of all of our desires is already within us. All we have to do is bring it out. These teachings are just a remembering that we already are the embodiment of these teachings. Everyone is, always has been, and forever will be the embodiment of all of these teachings. Our attention has been downstream, in personhood, which is body consciousness and separateness. This mentality sees everything as outside of you and focuses on fixing, helping, acquiring, and becoming—all of which are false. Life is not weak; it doesn't need help. Life is not broken; it doesn't need fixing. There is absolutely nothing outside of you.
When we start to work in this way, separateness to Oneness becomes tangible. This is how we can lead the greatest quality of our life, by working with this very specific self-mastery tenet. If we were able to remember everything before we came here, there would be no mastery because we already knew everything.
Life isn't broken and doesn't need fixing; true mastery comes from embracing our journey and evolving through challenges.
The separateness and the poverty mentality suggest that everything is outside of you, leading to a mindset focused on fixing, helping, acquiring, and becoming. However, these notions are false. Life is not weak; it doesn't need help. Life is not broken; it doesn't need fixing. There is absolutely nothing outside of you. When we start to work in this way, separateness to Oneness is not just a concept; it becomes tangible. This approach allows us to lead the greatest quality of life by working with a very specific self-mastery tenet.
If we were able to remember everything before we came here, it would affect our experience significantly. There would be no mastery because we would already know everything. This would remove the point of coming here. The analogy used is that of taking a test. Preparation is necessary to perform well, but if someone just gives you the answers, there is no evolution happening. You wouldn't learn more about yourself, apply self-discipline, or dedication. If we remembered everything, we wouldn't take this experience seriously and wouldn't get the most out of it. The reason we don't remember everything is to ensure there is evolution, similar to how being given test answers teaches you nothing.
The point is to map out these unbelievable experiences so we can learn and evolve, having the tangible experience of our intentions. We also get the challenge of working with ourselves optimally in the difficult, low frequencies of the physical universe. Once we map everything out, the universe opens its doors for us because it aligns with our plan. The key is to work with ourselves optimally once we get here. If we remembered everything, we would take everything less seriously, wouldn't push ourselves, and wouldn't get the richness and depth of experience. This design is done by us, and it’s funny because we come here, forget everything, and then spend our whole life trying to figure out what's going on and making sense of everything. This friction and tension create evolution, much like how playing a video game on the easiest level gets boring very quickly.
In Chapter 2 of the book, it is mentioned that "I speak directly to Source, God, Creator, and that is how I have the guidance to share with you." When asked what God is like, the response is that God is a vast intelligence beyond comprehension because God is experiencing everything concurrently. This intelligence is not fathomable. When you meet or interact with God, there's a unification with God Consciousness, and the intelligence is incomprehensible. More interestingly, this supreme intelligence has the innocence and playfulness of a child. Losing innocence and playfulness leads to disconnection, and God "disappears." This highlights that self-realization and enlightenment involve purity and the cleaving away of the ego mind identity.
God's intelligence is unfathomable, but His innocence and playfulness are like a child's—lose that, and you lose Him.
The intelligence of God is truly unfathomable. When one experiences unification with God Consciousness, the intelligence is beyond comprehension. However, what is even more intriguing is that this supreme intelligence, when you meet God, also possesses the innocence and playfulness of a child. The moment one loses their innocence and playfulness, there is a disconnection, and God seemingly disappears. This aspect is particularly fascinating when discussing self-realization and Enlightenment, which involves the purity and the cleaving away of the ego mind identity to return to the changeless, nameless, formless, and unconditioned fractal of God that we are.
In terms of experiencing God, many people seek God through external means such as religion, church, prayer, and reading the Bible. However, if God is within our Consciousness, we need to remove these external filters. The ego mind identity often reaches outside of itself, which is a false paradigm. Since God is within our Consciousness and gives birth to everything, to experience God, we must go within, akin to meditation. The self, with a capital S, is what God is. By adding filters, we move further away from experiencing God directly.
An analogy can illustrate this: imagine holding a crystal and trying to understand all its qualities while wearing three pairs of gloves. The gloves represent the filters between you and God, making your perception wildly inaccurate. To truly experience God, we must remove these filters, cleaving away at the ego mind identity and various beliefs, concepts, ideologies, and so-called knowledge. By doing so, we can have a more direct experience of God.
In a meditation workshop, one can get closer to God through meditation, achieving more communion. One specific meditation aims to directly interact with God Source Creator Absolute. Through years and lifetimes of doing this work, there is a specific realm reserved just for God, and there is a way to go directly to that realm. Participants will have direct communion with God.
In the book, the concept of being created in God's image is discussed. This idea goes beyond superficial attributes like the color of God's robe or the length of His beard, delving into the deeper understanding of our divine nature.
We're going to meditate and directly commune with God, experiencing divine intelligence and love firsthand.
One of the meditations that we're going to do is to literally directly interact with God Source Creator Absolute. We're going to do that, and through all my years, lifetimes of doing this kind of work, there's a very specific realm that is reserved just for God. There's a way to go directly right to that, and we will have direct communion with God. Wow, okay. You guys, check it out down below.
R.J., in the book, you discussed a little bit about what it means to be created in God's image. Would you mind sharing that? Yeah, so excuse me, just like, you know, what kind of robe does he wear? How long is his white beard? Okay, no. What it really means to be created in God's image is just what we are: as above, so below. So, what we are is sentience, right? Sentience is our divine intelligence. What is that? Our divine intelligence is our level of love and wisdom, whose subsets are our talents and abilities. That's the I am, that's sentience, that's the self with the capital S. That's actually what we are.
Now, that divine intelligence, that sentience, the I am, has been given a body of energy or an allotment of energy to create with. It needs that energy, or everything would just be inert. Now, excuse me, that body of energy, the allotment of energy that we're given, part of that is this suit and then our more subtle body of energy, which is what we use to think, to emote, to animate our body, and to make sure to make that our body have experiences itself. So, it's the body of energy, the subtle body of energy.
Now, that's exactly what God Source Creator is, the exact same thing, just on a much, much, much larger scale. God is a divine intelligence, that's what God is. God is unconditional love and timeless wisdom, whose subsets are talents and abilities. And God too has been given an allotment or an amount or a body of energy to create with, and God created the multiverse and everything within the multiversal structure, which includes everything and everyone here except the ascended masters. So, to be made in God's image is just that: sentience plus energy. That's what it means to be made in God's image, and that's exactly what we are.
Okay, excellent. R.J., is there a reason why things aren't more straightforward? Like when we look at all these things like, yeah, you're created in God's image, or like, you know, when Jesus says, "Be in the world but not of the world," is there a reason why some of the stuff isn't as direct and that it needs to be decoded in a sense?
Well, I mean, there's a couple of things going on there. So, if we had the—we could only understand things at the level that we're at, that's number one. So, when we say decoding, let me give you an analogy. I just like giving analogies, okay? So, let's pretend there's a big chalkboard, right? And on that chalkboard is this really long drawn-out equation, letters, numbers, just gigantic. It goes on and on and on, on this chalkboard, right? And then the quote-unquote average, even though there's no such thing as average, but the average person looks at this chalkboard, looks at this huge equation, and just goes, "Just a bunch of letters and numbers. There's nothing there, squiggly lines, nothing." And then Nikola Tesla walks by, takes a look at that, and goes, "Oh yeah, that's the theory for time travel."
Now, they didn't see the same thing, but yet the same thing is there. So, it has to do with our own level, our own depth, our own sentience for us to be able to understand things at the level in terms. So, when Christ would speak, or Buddha, or St. Germain, or Yogananda, etc., there's this automatic mation because we are not experiencing and viewing these teachings at the same level as the person who is giving them or sharing them. So, there's automatically a reduction, and therefore sometimes we're left with decoding, as you said, because we really don't understand it. Tesla looked at it in one second and said, "That's time travel," but everyone else is like, "I'm not really sure what that is. I mean, we'll try to figure it out." And so, that's kind of what's left. We're left with this trying to figure things out because we can only understand things at the level that we're at.
War, I appreciate you for decoding everything because it feels like the book is much more...
Dropping personal agendas frees you from ego and lets you experience your true self and flow state.
There’s this automatic reduction in understanding because we are not experiencing and viewing these teachings at the same level as the person who is giving or sharing them. Therefore, sometimes we're left with decoding, as you said, because we really don't understand it. Tesla looked at it in one second and said, "That's time travel," but everyone else was like, "I don't really know what that is. We'll try to figure it out." So, we're left trying to figure things out because we can only understand things at the level that we're at.
I appreciate you for decoding everything because it feels like the book is much more straightforward, and we really appreciate that. I think that's one of the things that you're best at—taking these complex things, like the equation, and simplifying them to make them more palatable.
Absolutely. So, RJ, in the book, you said, "Imagine what it would feel like to abandon all personal agendas." Can you tell us why it's important and how we can lead our life in this way?
The personal agendas are the agendas born of personhood, and those are not germane to who and what we really are. If we can drop our personal agendas, what we're really dropping is the control that our ego mind identity has over us. We're used to acting at the behest of our programmed mind. One way to counter and stop that disharmonic momentum of personhood is to literally drop all personal agendas—just stop and no longer be the puppet being puppeteered by the subconscious patterned egoic mind.
What will remain or come to light will be the real you. By dropping personal agendas, which are born of personhood, we start to experience who and what we really are. When we do it properly—and the book lays out how to do it properly—we'll start to experience flow state. The "I am" is the flow; we are the flow. When you drop the personal agendas, you start to experience the Oneness, the flow, the real you. This is the greatest quality of life in every facet of our existence. By dropping the personal agenda born of personhood, we will actually, for the first time, be truly alive.
Wow, that sounds exciting. Now, RJ, if I drop all my personal agendas, does that mean that I'm not looking out for my own best interest?
No, and I can see why that would be a question. What happens is, when we drop the personal agenda, we are dropping personhood. Personal agendas are born of personhood—that is your conditioned, fragmented, subconscious, brainwashed mind. If we remove that, the true self comes online. That true self is the same self within us all. What starts to happen is that your highest good is served simultaneously and concurrently with everyone else's highest good. They are not separate. You'll start to realize that what is best for this temporarily individualized self is going to be best for all other temporarily individualized selves. There’s a shift from separateness to Oneness, and we realize it’s the one self within us all. Everyone, including the self, will benefit simultaneously and concurrently.
Excellent. So instead of me doing something for what I think I might gain from it, if I just do it because it’s who I am, I would then be able to experience the Oneness rather than the attachment to the outcome?
Yes, and be careful with the mindset of "what I can gain" because we have to understand that the poverty mentality can take over. This is one of the big issues with the so-called spiritual community—people teaching manifestation and manifestation coaches who don’t understand that the "I am" is infinite abundance. Doing things without the conditioned mind and dropping personal agendas is like breathing; it’s inhaling and exhaling, giving and receiving—it’s one thing. We have to start understanding this concept.
Generosity creates abundance—give more, receive more.
Outcome: We need to be careful with what we can gain because we have to start to understand that the poverty mentality is going to take over. This is one of the big issues with the so-called spiritual community, where people teaching manifestation and manifestation coaches are often broke. They don't understand that the I am is infinite abundance.
This idea of doing things without the conditioned mind and dropping personal agendas can be likened to breathing—inhaling and exhaling. It's one thing, just like giving and receiving. We have to start seeing these actions as one unified process. As you know, I teach a revolutionary course in this, which I will be teaching again soon. Once we start to work with this concept, everything begins to change. We stop seeing things as separate; inhaling and exhaling are one, and giving and receiving are one. When we start to work this way, everything changes for people. You cease to think about what you can gain because you no longer separate these actions. As you give, you are receiving. The more you give, the more you receive. Generosity begets abundance. This is how it works, and when we start to work with ourselves in this way, our life changes completely.
For anyone suffering with issues related to manifesting or mentalities implanted within you, definitely check out vibrational engineering. It is absolutely life-changing.
Now, R.J., we need to talk about something serious. In the book, you give your peanut butter cookie analogy, but there's no recipe tied to this analogy. Why are you holding back on us regarding the cookie recipe? That is an important question. Maybe I'll start doing some baking or cooking videos because Amar and I really love to bake and cook. Perhaps I'll reveal the recipe in a video as we cook. If you guys like that idea, hit the thumbs up on the video and comment down below "cook for us RJ" so we can gauge the audience's interest.
RJ, in the book, you said this world is projected through you; everything happens inside of you. Can you explain that a bit deeper? Seeing, touch, smell—everything is happening inside of you. The life force is in and projected outwardly. It's an illusion that anything is outside of your consciousness. How can you experience anything outside of your consciousness? It's not possible. Nothing is outside; everything is happening within. The challenge is the illusion that it's happening out there. Nothing is happening out there; there is no "out there," only here and now.
When we work within, we are waking up. To change things in our physical perception, you have to change the one who is looking at those things. Everything is always an inside job, literally projected and happening within, then projected outwardly. All shifts we make are first an inward shift, and then the outside world reflects that inner shift. It’s very simple but profound. It’s all a dream within our consciousness. The most important thing to realize about a dream is that all you have to do is wake up in the dream, and you'll realize that you can do anything.
That was beautiful, RJ.
Change your inner world to transform your outer reality—it's all within you.
To change our physical perception, we must first change the one who is looking at those things. This means that everything is always an inside job; it is literally projected from within and then outwardly. All shifts that we make are first inward shifts, and then the outside world reflects that inner change. It is very simple but true: it is all a dream within our consciousness. The most important thing to realize about a dream is that all you have to do is wake up in the dream, and you'll realize that you can do anything.
When you are attached to personhood and the ego mind, you think everything is external. However, everything is within. This shift from separateness to oneness brings us closer to not only understanding but also embodying this concept. In the book, RJ mentioned that oneness has temporary individuality, but that individuality contains everything. This aligns with the idea that everything is within.
Let's use the peanut butter cookie dough analogy to illustrate this. You make the batter with peanut butter, flour, chocolate, and nuts, and you have a big bowl of cookie dough. You start eating the cookie dough raw and then place dollops of it on a cookie sheet. No matter how hard you try, you can't make those dollops equal. Some will have more peanut butter, some more chocolate, and some more nuts. They will vary in shape and size.
Through this temporary individualization, imagine these dollops becoming self-aware and comparing themselves to each other. They might ask why one has more chocolate or peanut butter. The truth is that a moment ago, they were all one. This is the same with us. We see variance, but everything here is God. It is not the same amount or weight of sentience, love, wisdom, talents, abilities, or energy. It is all God, but it is not the same.
The sentience within you, Justin, is far more than that of a fern. This is obvious. When we embrace this, we understand that no one is better than another, but they are not the same. The most important takeaway is that it is all God, but there are various levels of sentience and different vibrations. Vibration is another word for information, and that information is our sentience. The amount of energy given is always in direct proportion to the amount of sentience. The more sentient something is, the more energy it is given, and the more powerful it is.
For example, rocks and minerals are inert because their level of consciousness is far less. They are not given any energy to move or animate themselves because they haven't learned to evolve through creativity. Once consciousness learns to evolve through creativity, it becomes sentient and self-aware. These are the different levels that God decided to create to learn about itself. It is all God, but not the same.
Consciousness is on an endless journey of self-discovery and evolution.
The more sentient something is, the more energy it is given, and consequently, the more powerful that entity becomes. If we examine rocks and minerals, they are inert because their level of Consciousness is far less. They haven't learned how to evolve themselves through creativity. Once Consciousness learns to evolve through creativity, it becomes sentient and self-aware. These are the different levels that God decided to create to learn about Itself, utilizing all these different levels.
RJ explains that everything is in a perpetual cycle of leveling up with regards to Consciousness and sentience. The only true mandate of existence is to "know thyself and all thy infinite potential." Existence, as RJ understands it, knows less than one-thousandth of one percent of what it actually is, meaning it is just beginning to understand itself. This cyclical nature of self-realization can never really end, and the question arises whether it ever really began. RJ believes it has always been going on, albeit in a dormant stage, until existence became self-aware and started understanding itself.
When animals or things become extinct, it means that the form factor or body is no longer useful for the Consciousness inside it to continue evolving. The Consciousness inside these extinct forms has reached its maximum potential in terms of what it can evolve into while using that particular suit. This Consciousness will continue to evolve and project itself into another form if it continues to incarnate within the physical universe. The suit itself is no longer useful for the Consciousness inside it to understand more about itself, which is why extinction occurs.
RJ further elaborates that when God created mini versions of Itself, these are our higher selves, and we are projections of our higher selves. The higher self is like a mini version of God, and just as we are mini versions of our higher selves. Some higher selves that God created are highly advanced and have nothing to learn from projecting themselves into a plant or insect. For example, a PhD in math won't learn much from doing single-digit addition and subtraction problems. Similarly, some higher selves have never projected themselves to incarnate as a plant or fern. However, some do evolve out of that genre and start evolving by projecting themselves as animals. Both scenarios occur, but some higher selves were already advanced and did not need to go through the lower stages of evolution.
We naturally gravitate towards people and environments that resonate with our own frequency; it's not about dislike, it's about finding harmony.
Learning from projecting a piece of itself into a plant or insect is too evolved for a higher self. It's like a PhD in math not learning much from single-digit addition and subtraction problems. There's just nothing for that person to learn from that. Similarly, there is nothing that a higher self is going to learn from such an experience. Some higher selves have never projected a piece of themselves to have an incarnation as a plant or a fern. However, there are some that do and eventually evolve outside of that genre, starting to evolve by projecting pieces of themselves as animals. Both scenarios occur: some higher selves were created more evolved and had nothing to learn from being a plant or insect, while others were created at a certain level and go through the experiences of being a rock, mineral, plant, insect, animal, human, or alien. In between the human or alien stages are the narcissists. Many higher selves are on this cycle of evolution, but others were created from the beginning to advance without needing to incarnate as a fern.
Everything always seeks its own level. We naturally gravitate towards situations and environments, and therefore the people in those environments, that are in frequential resonance with us. If we are not vibrating with a certain environment or group of people, it's okay. It's not about dislike; it's about not being in resonance. We seek resonance, wanting others to dance to the same song we're dancing to. If someone else starts blasting another song, it becomes discordant, and we lose our flow. There are endless variations of songs and frequencies, and it's okay to recognize that. By understanding this, we can remove the judgment born of personhood. It's not about disliking someone; it's about recognizing different parts of the whole. Nothing is special; it's all part of the whole. We don't need to force interactions with everyone; we need to be ourselves, just as everyone else needs to be themselves.
One profound idea from the book is that the one who looks through your eyes sees through all eyes. Sometimes, while sharing the teachings of self-mastery, I connect deeply with what I'm saying, experiencing the actual meaning and tangible experience of it. This often happens in class, where I find myself amazed by the insights shared.
The one who looks through your eyes sees through all eyes—everything is within you.
One of the profound ideas discussed is that the one who looks through your eyes sees through all eyes. This concept is quite astonishing. Sometimes, when writing, you might come across something that strikes you as particularly insightful. For instance, in the teachings of self-mastery, which are central to the book and the course, there are moments when sharing one of the tenets or eternal truths, you connect deeply with the meaning and experience of it. This connection can be so profound that even as the teacher, you feel like a student. It's a beautiful experience where the teachings you share affect you deeply, almost as if you are learning anew each time.
Another significant idea is the shortcut for enlightenment, which states that the Seer, what is seen, and the act of seeing are all one. This concept can be mind-bending because it challenges the ego mind identity, which is limited and compartmentalized, removed from the source of Oneness. The ego mind cannot grasp these supreme teachings because it is downstream from the source. These teachings guide us to the Oneness, to the realization that the one who looks through your eyes is the one who looks through all eyes.
At this point in our evolutionary cycle, we can no longer evolve through concepts and beliefs. Beliefs are merely strings of justified thoughts, and anything whose landing spot lies outside of the self is a belief. For example, believing in a heaven out there is misguided because everything is within you. Our consciousness cannot evolve through external ideas; it must be through experiential understanding. Evolution happens through tangible experiences, not mental concepts. We are not our thoughts, so mental understanding alone does not lead to actual change.
To truly evolve, we must go within and have tangible experiences of the self. This inner work leads to changes in the outer world, reflecting the aspects of the self we have come into contact with. One practical approach to understanding this is by asking yourself, "What do I know?" The answer is often nothing, highlighting the importance of experiential knowledge over mental concepts.
In the book, it is mentioned that while many talk about the silence of meditation, one can go beyond that to hear the angel sing and the symphony of existence. This deeper level of perception is akin to tuning the body-mind to the I am, which is like a vast eyeball with a billion sets of perceptions. When meditating, we typically do not hear anything because we are going beyond body consciousness. However, by attuning our awareness to the self, we can begin to hear not with our physical ears but through a deeper, more profound perception.
To truly hear existence, dive deep into meditation beyond body consciousness.
RJ, I want to hear all of these things, so can you please tell us how we do that?
RJ: Yeah. You could think of the self or the "I am" as one big eyeball with a billion sets of perceptions. When we typically meditate, we don't hear anything because we're going deeper than body consciousness. We're no longer focusing on what the physical ears are picking up; we're tuning our body-mind to the "I am." The more we attune our awareness within, as for and by the self, which is like a billion sets of perceptions, we will actually begin to hear, but not with our physical ears. We will be operating at a much higher frequency and will be able to hear everything. In the beginning was the word, and the word was sound. All form has to do with the vibration, the sound that is emanating, and that's how form takes shape based on the vibration, which is the information. The vibration, the emanation of the information, is how we actually get so-called form. We can actually hear our true vibration, the true vibration of what is, and the only way to do that when we're incarnate is through meditation. You go way, way, way past silence. One of the things I desire for humanity is to actually hear correctly, to actually hear what existence really sounds like, not what it sounds like way downstream through body consciousness.
Interviewer: Now, RJ, do you think this is something that we might be able to experience at the workshop?
RJ: Yeah, it's part of what is. It's always there; it doesn't leave or just show up. For us to experience the unlimited and the divine, one must be in an unlimited and divine state of being. Then that oneness will take place, and we will be able to hear, see, and understand the one true concrete reality. You can't do that through body consciousness.
Interviewer: Excellent. RJ, in the book, you said self-mastery is all that matters because you are everything. Is there any other way to achieve self-mastery other than through what you've laid out in the book?
RJ: Yes, I'll give you an example. Bruce Lee achieved self-mastery through the discipline of martial arts. He mastered himself not by the 12 tenets of self-mastery or the 12 eternal truths or all these different meditations in the book, but through an overwhelming amount of discipline and dedication to one thing. If you ever listen to his interviews, he talks about mastering himself, not the craft. Another example is Stevie Ray Vaughan, the first soul I communicated with once I started working with myself in my early 20s. He mastered himself through playing the guitar. One can master oneself by completely and utterly dedicating themselves to a craft.
Interviewer: Now, RJ, is self-mastery and enlightenment two different things? Could you reach enlightenment through mastering yourself?
RJ: For me, they are a little different, and we could be technical about it. Enlightenment is self-realization; they are the same thing, to realize the self.
True self-mastery is about complete command over your energy, while enlightenment is full communion with your higher self.
When I was much younger, I used to watch them a lot. Communicating with them was really interesting. One can master oneself through completely and utterly dedicating themselves to a craft, experiencing self-mastery through that dedication. Now, RJ, is self-mastery and Enlightenment the same thing? Could you reach Enlightenment through mastering yourself?
For me, they are a little different, and we could be technical about it. Enlightenment is self-realization; they are the same thing. To realize the self, authentic self-realization and Enlightenment is full communion and connectivity with the higher self. Someone who is authentically self-realized or enlightened would have access to boundless amounts of information, talents, and abilities because the tentacle has total dominion over our body-mind complex or body of energy.
I wouldn't necessarily say Enlightenment is actually that. They are certainly related, but are they the same thing? No. Self-mastery, to me, is complete and utter command over your total complement or body of energy, as well as being able to access energies that have not been assigned to you. When you can commandeer more energy, you can think of Moses parting the Red Sea, Merlin doing magic, or Christ turning water into wine. Those are aspects of self-mastery and not necessarily aspects of Enlightenment.
In the book, you map out where we are frequenti dimensionally within the Multiverse. Obviously, we're not going to disclose all that in this video because it is expounded well in the book. If you guys want to check that out, definitely get the book. It seems like the lower we go within the Multiverse, the more physical things are, and the higher we go, the less physical things are. Higher dimensional beings reside higher up, frequenti or dimensionally. Is that true?
Yes, if we thought of the multiversal structure as a high-rise building, with the higher floors being more reflective of self-knowledge, the key fob to move up is sentience. The higher self evolves and moves up as it becomes more sentient, wise, and loving, thus more powerful. One way the higher self does this is by projecting pieces of itself, like you or me, into the lower frequencies of the physical universe. Because it's so challenging here, there's more evolutionary content to be gained due to the degree of difficulty.
As we learn on its behalf, the higher self moves up the multiversal structure, becoming more loving and wise. The experience of solidity and physicality occurs in the lower frequencies of the physical universe because the energies are heavier and denser, banding together. The higher we reside frequenti and dimensionally, the only way to stay in the higher frequencies and dimensions is to have the sentience, love, and wisdom match the holistic environment.
We choose experiences to learn and evolve; self-realization is the ultimate goal.
The higher self has projected pieces of itself into the lower frequencies of the physical Universe, where things are essentially challenging. The experience of solidity and physicality only occurs in these lower frequencies because the energies within SpaceTime are heavier and denser, causing them to band together. This results in the physicality or solidity we experience. However, as we move higher up in frequency and dimension, the only way to reside in these higher frequencies and dimensions is to have the sentience, the level of love, and wisdom match the holistic environment. We cannot operate or stay within an environment that we cannot be in harmony with in terms of our Consciousness itself. The higher up in the Multiverse, the more loving, wise, and powerful the beings become, which is how the higher self ascends.
Down here, in the lower frequencies, the energies are very slow and dense, making us feel cut off from our Natural State of Consciousness and natural environment. This is why things are so tough. However, there are beings here, such as the ascended Masters, who are supremely evolved and are having experiences all the way down here. Just like them, and everyone else, no one is from here; we are from our higher self, which resides in much higher Dimensions than where the physical Incarnation takes place.
Through acquiring more love and wisdom, we are able to ascend. We choose all experiences in order to learn and evolve, which is the purpose of all experiences. The idea is to learn and evolve our self, the on self within us all, as well as our higher self by having this experience. It is not to repeat this endlessly but to achieve self-realization and not have to have the experience again. This can be done through authentic self-realization or Enlightenment, or through having so many experiences that there is nothing left for the higher self to evolve from because it has already had endless experiences. The goal is to keep further knowing thyself and all thy infinite potential, and one way to do that is to have an experience here and move through it.
This book, along with others, is meant to help us move through this dualistic experience of right and wrong, good and bad. It discusses concepts such as greed to generosity, disorder to order, and violence to kindness, allowing us to see the dualistic nature of the experience. The teachings and meditations provide tangible experiences on how to move through the whole thing, enabling us to have the experience but remain untainted or unscathed while gaining all the evolutionary content.
It's hard to believe that we had to figure this out before we had this book. Before finding it, many of us were just connecting the dots and pieces from various sources. Now, we have a Playbook to guide us and help us in our evolution. Towards the back half of chapter 2, the book discusses the ascended masters. Without disclosing specifics, it is one of the favorite parts of the book and highly recommended.
Regarding the ascended masters, one question is which of them has the best sense of humor. The incarnations of Master R seem to have the best sense of humor. Without getting into specifics, the book mentions that Master R likes to use humor. If this were an episode of Top Chef, which ascended Master would have a cuisine that reigns supreme?
Ascended Masters often go unrecognized in their lifetimes because we can only understand things at our own level.
In the back half of Chapter 2, RJ, you talked extensively about the ascended masters. While we won't disclose any specifics about them here, I must say it's one of my favorite parts of the book, so I highly recommend you check it out. I do have a couple of questions regarding the ascended masters. First and foremost, which one of them has the best sense of humor?
I would say the incarnations of Master R seem to have the best sense of humor. Without delving into the specifics, as the book does, Master R likes to use humor. If this was an episode of Top Chef, which ascended master’s cuisine would reign supreme?
Babaji, Mahavatar Babaji, is the teacher of teachers, the most evolved soul that has ever walked this Earth. At some point, all the ascended masters have studied with Mahavatar Babaji. I would say Babaji is the wisest, most loving, and most powerful soul that has ever walked this Earth and will ever walk this Earth. The book details the various levels of sentience among the ascended masters, emphasizing that Enlightenment is not a universal destination but depends on the level of sentience. These ascended masters are supreme beings.
Master R, also known as the Great Divine Director, is the manager of the ascended masters. He leads the charge and helps formulate the plans for how the ascended masters will continue to be the timeless teachers of humanity. Babaji’s cuisine would certainly reign supreme, without question.
Typically, ascended masters aren't recognized as such until after their incarnation, a point you stated in the book. Why do so many people fail to realize they are in the presence of a master until afterwards? It seems like no one is appreciated until they've passed away, right?
There is a lot of truth in that. For the most part, there are a couple of reasons. One is that we can only understand things at the level we are at. Masters keep reincarnating over and over, contrary to what some might think. However, we often can't see them for who and what they are because of our limited understanding. Additionally, ascended masters tend to operate behind the scenes rather than at the forefront.
It often takes stepping back and looking at their entire body of work over a lifetime, sometimes even over a couple of hundred years, to recognize their contributions. For example, Paramahansa Yogananda is still having a massive effect on our planet and other planets, even though he left his body in 1951. He is now universally recognized as an ascended master.
Lastly, we have conceptualized what an ascended master should be, often imagining them floating and wearing robes. While sometimes they do, these are just thoughts and not the reality of their existence.
Ascended masters don't need to flaunt their abilities; their true power is shown through their impactful work and presence.
Those teachings just wound up spreading, and then we see a larger, I mean, paramount influence. Yogananda is still having a massive, massive effect on our planet and other planets, by the way. He left his body in 1951, and now he's pretty much universally recognized as an ascended Master, which he absolutely is. We need the body of work, we need a little space, and also, we can't really... The other thing is, we've conceptualized what an ascended master is, right? They should be floating, wearing robes, and sometimes they do, right? But we've conceptualized what they should be or what they are, and those are just thoughts that have nothing to do with what an ascended Master is or how they operate.
If we have this huge concept of what they are, we could be talking to one and wouldn't even be able to recognize it because we just have this concept of what an ascended Master should be or what they're like. But you'll know them by their work. That's how you know if someone is authentically an ascended Master. The proof will be in their work; they should be doing or will be doing extraordinary things with themselves. Healing abilities are one of the biggest giveaways, to put themselves back together and these kinds of things, accessing information that is so far beyond the collective depending upon the timeline and what is going on.
Ascended masters will not make themselves a target. So what does that mean? They won't necessarily be walking around levitating or teleporting themselves because they would just become a target. Ascended masters will keep certain talents and abilities that are less overt online, so to speak, in order to protect themselves so they can have the incarnation that they need and so they don't become a target. Also, some of those talents and abilities that would garner a lot of attention are one way to develop personhood or an egoic character based upon all the attention that one could get through doing magic or levitating or whatever. So even though they can do it, they will turn those things off and not do it so they don't draw attention and therefore also potentially develop an egoic character based upon all the adulation and attention that they would get.
Very interesting. And so, R.J., you said they take a backseat with regards to not being as forward-facing. So I guess that there's still things that they're able to accomplish here, just they wouldn't necessarily need to touch as many lives, or you know... Yeah, that's exactly right. Sometimes we have this concept of an ascended master that everyone on the planet would know of them during the incarnation. That almost never happens. It's a little different now with the population that we have on the planet. Way back in Lemuria and Atlantis, there were multiple ascended masters typically incarnated at the same time. Those ascended masters would speak to the entire world; that absolutely took place, 100%.
Now it would be a little difficult because what connects us would be our telepathic powers, but those are turned off because we rely on technology too much. For us, it would be the internet. A real master on the internet would not get promoted. In other words, they are most likely not supported by the algorithm. They wouldn't have 40 million followers, and their message and vibration would not be emanating the entire internet because they are a destroyer of the Matrix; they are a creator of a new civilization. They would be shadowbanned, not promoted. The algorithm would not support them. There are various reasons why, but they don't have to be at the forefront. Their mere presence here changes everything. They're a lighthouse.
RJ, we spoke about that in the last interview, and that was really powerful. If you guys haven't checked out that interview, be sure to go check it out. Two more questions for you, RJ. Ascended masters have a high-frequency bubble that they build around themselves while they're incarnate.
Their mere presence disrupts the Matrix and creates a new civilization, even if shadowbanned.
They are a destroyer of the Matrix and a creator of a new civilization. Consequently, they would be shadowbanned, not promoted, and the algorithm would not support them. There are various reasons for this, but they don't have to be at the forefront. Their mere presence here changes everything; they are a lighthouse. We spoke about this in the last interview, and it was really powerful. If you haven't checked out that interview, be sure to do so.
Two more questions for you, RJ. Ascended masters, as you mentioned in the book, have a high-frequency bubble that they build around themselves while they are incarnate. I believe you called it a maraba. Is this something that anyone can do, or is it not necessary for everyone? Through practice, like anything else, we get good at what we do repetitively. Ascended masters do this because it is the best way to maintain their normal level of functionality. They create an environment around them that is a very high-frequency bubble, allowing them to operate in a high-frequency way.
An example we could use is like a spaceship. Aliens traversing back and forth inside the spaceship have an environment conducive to their normal operation. Similarly, an ascended master, when incarnating into the lower frequency of the physical universe, builds a Vimana or maraba around themselves. This high-frequency bubble allows them to stay within a high-frequency environment and operate without succumbing to the low frequencies of the physical universe.
To use an analogy, it's like how Sandy in SpongeBob survives under the sea because she has a bubble that provides her with oxygen. Think of it like a diving bell for a deep-sea diver. The pressure of the water would crush them, but encapsulating themselves in the diving bell allows them to operate normally, even 2,000 feet underwater. This protective bubble enables them to function as they do on land.
Last question for you, RJ. You talk a lot about the OG ascended masters. Does that mean there are new ascended masters as well? Yes, there are. Chapter 2 of the book is the reference point for this. The old school ascended masters, or OGs, include 13 of them: the 12 Elohim, with our God being one of the Elohim, and what created the gods, which the Hindu masters call the absolute or all there is. Paramahansa Yogananda is from the absolute, and the ascended masters are from these other 12 Elohim, including our God. There are 133 original OGs from each one of the gods and the absolute. Additionally, there are about 36 to 40 other ascended masters that have evolved.
Ascended masters continually incarnate to serve, blending ancient wisdom with new evolution.
In the book, the concept of the old school ascended masters is explored. There are 13 of these masters, with the 12 Elohim, including our God as one of them, and what the Hindu Masters call the absolute or all there is. Paramahansa Yogananda is from the absolute or all there is, and the ascended masters are from these other 12 Elohim, including our God. There are 133 original OG's from each one of the Gods and the absolute or all there is, and each one comes from a different God.
Additionally, there are around 36 to 40 other ascended masters who have evolved through the evolutionary process of incarnation. These beings did not start out as ascended masters but have mastered themselves through numerous incarnations, both human and alien. The old school ascended masters were already created with a supreme level of sense, love, and wisdom, whose subsets are talents and abilities, and they learned to hone and utilize these through incarnations.
The number of these other beings feels like about 40, who have become ascended masters through the process of incarnation and evolving themselves. These beings are not considered old school ascended masters but have achieved their status through their own evolutionary journey. It is a bit of a misnomer to say ascended masters do not incarnate; they continually incarnate here and in other systems of worlds, not for their own evolution, but as a way to be of service.
In the book, these old school ascended masters are described as the true timeless teachers of humanity. There are also roughly 40 beings who have become ascended masters more recently through incarnations. These ascended masters are like the ultimate free agents; they come and go as they please, having evolved themselves to the point that they are outside of the evolutionary cycle through incarnation, choosing to incarnate as a way to be of service.
The book also delves into the concept of Oneness. The Oneness is within us all, similar to a hologram where even a tiny piece contains the whole image. We are temporarily individualized Oneness, with each of us being whole and complete. Recognizing this helps us move from separateness to Oneness, as we understand that we are all various aspects of the complete totality of Oneness. The ego mind may struggle with this concept, but the goal is to liberate oneself from the ego mind through tangible experience, not just mental understanding. This book, along with its meditations and exercises, aims to facilitate this recognition and liberation.
In conclusion, the book offers a profound exploration of ascended masters and the journey from separateness to Oneness, providing tools for readers to experience and understand these concepts deeply.
